About The Position

Line Cooks are Chili’s Heart of House Team Members, responsible for helping set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to company recipes, keeping the kitchen clean and safe, communicating ticket times, and maintaining a continuous flow of food orders. Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, growth opportunities, and a team-oriented atmosphere. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
