Requirements
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred.

- Passion for coffee and culinary arts is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality food items in accordance with our menu standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Assist in menu development and recipe creation as needed.
- Provide exceptional service and support to the front-of-house staff.
