About The Position
Ganko Ittetsu Ramen is seeking experienced Line Cooks. We are a boutique authentic Japanese ramen restaurant located at Brookline & Braintree, MA, established in 2015. We are well known as a high-end authentic Sapporo Ramen restaurant that does not rely on artificial flavors like MSG, uses fresh ingredients, and imports key ingredients exclusively from Japan.
Requirements
- 2 years commercial kitchen experience preferred.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

- Must be able to work in FAST paced environment.
