About The Position
Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux is seeking a Heart of House Line Cook to help prepare and serve Louisiana-inspired cuisine in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. The kitchen emphasizes scratch-made dishes, fresh ingredients, and a food-first mentality. Team members work in a gameday atmosphere and may have opportunities for advancement. The position is offered part time, with flexible hours and scheduling available. Compensation is $16.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for more than 10 hours.
- Ability to tolerate high temperatures and moisture for extended periods.
- Ability to work at a fast pace for more than 10 hours.
- Understanding of food safety guidelines.
- Reliable transportation.
- Fluent in English.
- Winning personality, consistent positive attitude, and teamwork mentality.
