Requirements
- At least three years of professional experience preferred.
- Current Safe Food Handler certificate.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ServSafe® Certification.
- Mastery of food production techniques.
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for culinary equipment operation, routine maintenance, and cleaning.
- Ability to read, follow instructions and record information according to policies and systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication in the English language.
- Physical condition to tolerate standing for long periods: cutting, stirring, bending, reaching, climbing, carrying, and lifting up to 50 lbs. and pushing up to 200 lbs.
- Regularly necessary to talk, hear, taste and smell.
- Specific vision requirements include distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
