About The Position

Stauffer's Cafe is seeking experienced line cooks for its busy restaurant. We offer both full-time and part-time shifts, with a preference for candidates available on weekends. While high-volume line experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right individual. A current PC level food handler's permit from the Lincoln Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD) is required or must be obtained.

Requirements

• Experience as a line cook.
• Ability to obtain a PC level food handler's permit issued by the Lincoln Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD).
• Weekend availability is prioritized.

• High volume line experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to recipes and established standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with inventory and stocking as needed.
