About The Position

Chili's Line Cooks, part of the Heart of House team, are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to Chili's recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety, coordinating ticket times with team members, and keeping food orders moving continuously. Line Cooks contribute to a safe and welcoming environment. The position is based at the Martinsburg Chili's location. Chili's offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, growth opportunities, and a team-oriented atmosphere.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
