About The Position

Grande Dunes Ocean Club, located in Myrtle Beach, SC, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Line Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

General Purpose:
Prepares various food products for restaurant and banquet operations, guest consumption, and enjoyment.

Requirements

• Food Safety and Sanitation Training
• Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g., associates may be required to communicate with English-speaking customers or co-workers; equipment manuals may be in English).

Nice To Haves

• Experienced line cooks
• Banquet experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepares sufficient quantities of food product in accordance with the production plan or forecast needs
• Utilizes whole food products, eliminating any waste
• Maintains overall cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas
• Alerts the Chef or supervisor to any equipment breakdowns, food overages, or shortages in a timely manner
• Requisitions inventory and receives supplies as necessary for daily production
• Ensures proper storage of food items; wraps, dates, and rotates food items
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance
• Performs other duties as required
