Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Must have food safety /food handlers certification (Servesafe or equivalency)
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to upholding Dukunoo’s high standards of quality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking dishes according to Dukunoo’s high standards.
- Ensuring food is presented beautifully and served in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
