Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One year experience in food service preparation preferred.
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and have the ability to withstand repetitive reaching and bending.
- Responsible handling of hot equipment, sharp objects, and navigating wet floors required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push a cart weighing up to 150 lbs. required.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours required.
Responsibilities
- Preparation, production, and presentation of food items
- Operation of standard commercial kitchen equipment
- Set up, cleaning, sanitation, and closing of workstations and kitchen
- Accurate testing of prepared food items to ensure proper temperature and quality
- Labeling and dating products to ensure food safety and quality
- General cleaning duties of area and equipment
