This is a full-time Line Cook position in Food and Nutrition. The role involves preparing, seasoning, and cooking all foods for the Café, enhancing flavor and presentation, and operating kitchen equipment. The Line Cook will also collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development for the café and special functions, adhering to health codes and HACCP. Responsibilities include operating the cash register, washing dishes, and relocating food, supplies, and dishes. The position requires variable shifts, including weekends and holidays, with 80 hours per bi-weekly pay period.
