About The Position

Line Cooks at Chili's, or Heart of House Team Members, are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to Chili's recipe procedures, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and keeping orders moving continuously. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred. The position offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, growth opportunities, and a team-focused atmosphere.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
