About The Position

We’re seeking Line Cooks to join us this summer at Balkan! Balkan is a fresh Mediterranean restaurant located in the heart of Banff, offering a variety of dishes from fresh pita wraps to souvlaki, with many vegetarian options. Requirements

Excellent work ethic and communication skills
Previous culinary experience
You thrive in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule required
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met
Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
Assist with training new team members as required

Benefits

Earn up to $30.50/hr in summer (base pay $19.00–$23.50/hr + average tip-outs of $4–$7/hr)
