About The Position

Federales Nashville is seeking a reliable Line Cook to join their culinary team and expand their skills. Federales is an open-air tequila and taco concept, part of the Four Corners hospitality group, known for its creative menus and exceptional social experiences. The Nashville location, opening in early 2025, will offer fan-favorite tacos, specialty dishes, and a signature house-made tortilla experience. By day, it's a laid-back spot, and by night, it transforms into a fiesta with an authentic drink menu featuring house-made margaritas.

Requirements

Reliable
Able to communicate effectively with other team members
Minimum of 2 years experience working in busy restaurants
Knowledge of modern kitchens, chefs, techniques
Must have a positive attitude, be self-motivated
Flexible scheduling

Responsibilities

Carefully follows standard recipes while preparing assigned items for foodservice
Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling practices
Assists other cooks during emergencies or rush periods
Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas, to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices
Assists in plating food items for service
Cleans assigned workstation areas
Ensure food is stored and cooked at the correct temperature by regulating the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters
