About The Position
Our Line Cooks work in a fast-paced casino/cardroom environment at Silicon Valley’s premier 24/7 entertainment destination. Casino M8trix is looking for motivated professionals to join our Line Cook team, helping us take our customer satisfaction to the next level of excellence. We are currently hiring Line Cooks interested in joining our talented Kitchen Team. Qualified candidates will be responsible for preparing menu items according to specifications and recipes. Applicants must have the ability to produce high quality, large volumes of food.
Requirements
- At least one-year related experience.
- Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Skilled in using kitchen equipment.
- Ability to cook large amounts of food under strict time constraints.
- Must be available to work full-time.
