About The Position
Kimura Ramen is looking for two full-time line cooks for both AM and PM shifts. We strive to have a happy, healthy workplace and are looking for members with a good heart and the right attitude. This is a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Some line experience
- Reliable transportation (for PM closing cooks)
Responsibilities
- Working Sautee
- Working Grill
- Working Ramen Station
- Prepping for service
- Cleaning and deep cleaning divided by day of the week
- Receiving orders from vendors
- Organizing products and prep
