They are a beloved Keys landmark, serving up delicious dishes with stunning ocean views. The role requires a talented Line Cook with at least one year of experience in a professional kitchen. The Line Cook will be a key player in ensuring every dish that leaves the line is top-notch, delicious, and perfectly presented.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Line Cook in a professional kitchen.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Solid understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to commute to or relocate to Islamorada, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook all menu items, following recipes and plating specifications.
- Ensure every dish is cooked perfectly, served hot, and meets high standards of quality.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Keep station and kitchen area spotless and organized.
- Assist with inventory management.
