About The Position

The Line Cook position is an opportunity to be part of a highly functioning and evolving kitchen which focuses on technique, detail, and structure in a fast-paced high volume dining room. Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of line cook experience in fine dining setting.
  • Able to communicate verbally in an articulate manner.
  • Ability to work various days and hours as business dictates.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (or have valid work permit)
  • Must have reliable transportation to work.
  • Must be able to obtain proper uniform, including black non-slip shoes
  • Must have proof to legally work in the United States
