About The Position

Chili’s Kitchen, or Heart of House, Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The Line Cook prepares food according to company recipes and procedures, maintains kitchen cleanliness, and supports a safe, welcoming environment. This role works in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and collaborates with other Team Members to keep food orders moving continuously.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute all recipe procedures properly.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
