About The Position
Piney Branch Golf Club is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to fill a Line Cook position. The role involves working as part of a fun, energetic team, preparing menu items, and maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation.
Requirements
- Must have line/prep experience for a minimum of 1 year.
- Must be flexible with schedule.
- Must be a good team player.
- Weekend and evening shifts will be required.
Responsibilities
- Keeping a clean and sanitary work station at all times.
- Breakdown down and setting up stations before and after shifts.
- Executing all menu items as required with flat top, grill, range and deep fryer.
- When working the closing shift, will be responsible for cleaning and preparing space for the next business day.
