About The Position
Sofitel Philadelphia is seeking skilled and passionate Line Cooks to join the team at the newly repositioned Liberté Restobar. This is a unique opportunity to work under the leadership of Executive Chef Sylva Senat, a James Beard Award nominee and Top Chef finalist, helping deliver elevated French-inspired cuisine in a luxury hotel setting.
Requirements
- Previous line cook experience in a restaurant or hotel preferred.
- Strong cooking fundamentals, knife skills, and attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items according to recipe and presentation standards.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and proper portion control during service.
- Follow food safety, sanitation
- Assist with daily prep, station setup, inventory, and kitchen organization.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
