About The Position

Line Cooks are members of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to company recipes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and keeping food orders moving continuously. Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, growth opportunities, and a team-focused atmosphere. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and properly execute all recipe procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen.
