About The Position

Our Line Cooks are responsible for the preparation, presentation and recipes of all menu items in their assigned station. We are The Original Originator, pioneering the idea of casual dining. Maggiano's Little Italy is our own little slice of Italian American tradition come to life! Our Kitchen team is the culinary equivalent of a great bottle of Cabernet it just gets better with time. These Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, Pastry Cooks, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks and Dishwashers, run our scratch kitchens with the fast pace and professionalism of any celebrity chef restaurant. This team consistently delivers works of art to the tables of every Guest. They are true foodies to the core, energized by the creative inspiration of the dishes developed by our masterful culinary team in Dallas. It is a fast-paced environment that requires dedication and commitment to excellence, whether prepared for the special couple on Valentine's Day, or for the 250 friends and family attending the wedding of the year. This team is all in.
