About The Position
Line Cooks, known at Chili's as Heart of House Team Members, are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food by learning and executing recipe procedures, keep orders flowing continuously from the kitchen, and contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The role is in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and involves communicating ticket times to Team Members.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
