About The Position

Lost Cowboy of the Michael Timothy's Dining Group is actively seeking a motivated full-time Line Cook to prepare and cook food in our Nashua, NH location. Experienced line cooks can earn very competitive wages (22-25$ per hour) to start with the potential to grow in the position. Requirements

Experience working in a commercial kitchen
Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
Excellent communicator
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Manage time well and prioritize tasks accordingly
Patient and professional with staff and customers

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food
Follow recipes with care
Clean, cut, and cook all food items in accordance with procedures and health regulations
Keep stations clean and stocked
Work with servers and other kitchen staff members to complete orders
Ensure that food is plated well and finished in a timely manner
Create exceptional dishes
