About The Position

Chili’s Line Cooks are Heart of House Team Members responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to company recipes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and helping keep orders moving continuously. Team Members contribute to a welcoming environment and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
