This role is for a Line Cook at Historic Salem. The position requires preparing recipes according to standard procedures, stocking and preparing stations for service, and communicating product needs to the back-of-house and managers-on-duty. The cook will maintain cleanliness and organization of the station, accommodate guest-specific requests and modifications, and ensure high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation. A key performance indicator is achieving a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less.
