The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume kitchen, a passion for food, and a commitment to teamwork.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook (1–2 years preferred)
  • Previous work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, especially with burgers, sandwiches, or comfort food
  • Ability to work across multiple stations, including grill, fry, and prep
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
  • Ability to quickly and consistently execute dishes to meet quality standards
  • Strong knife skills and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
  • A passion for creating delicious and flavorful dishes
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to maintain organization in a busy kitchen
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining quality
  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items, including burgers, sandwiches, hand-cut fries, and craft sides, following recipes and specifications
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times
  • Follow recipes and plating standards to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation
  • Assist with daily prep tasks, such as chopping, prepping ingredients, and organizing the kitchen
  • Ensure proper rotation and storage of ingredients to maintain freshness and minimize waste
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely, efficient service during peak hours
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment that fosters growth and collaboration
