Line Cook - Old Scratch Pizza (Troy)
About The Position
The Line Cook position is for individuals with a passion for food, whether they are new to the kitchen or have prior experience. The Line cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients and assisting with opening the pizza line before the restaurant opens. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our kitchen team who are eager to learn the art of making Neapolitan-style pizzas. While extensive experience is valued, a positive attitude is paramount. We are looking for candidates who are pleasant, honest, punctual, resilient under pressure and heat, and possess a genuine interest in food and dining, along with a desire to collaborate with like-minded individuals.
