About The Position
Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) is seeking a Line Cook to add value to their back-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will promote quality, cleanliness, efficiency, safety, and a team-focused atmosphere. This role is responsible for prepping and making food, ensuring guests receive stellar menu items, and pairing delicious food with craft beverages. This is a part-time position requiring evening and weekend availability.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of food handling experience
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- A helpful, supportive, attentive demeanor
- Ability to adapt to volume fluctuation
- Availability to meet needs during hours of operation
- Strong work ethic; punctual and attentive to schedule
- Ability to follow directions; promote cleanliness and protocols
- Ability to be standing/on your feet for long periods of time
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
