About The Position
Jim 'N Nick's is opening a new restaurant and is looking for a Line Cook. This role involves running your station through busy periods, cooking to specification, plating food with pride, and ensuring food quality meets the restaurant's reputation. The Line Cook will follow recipes and procedures precisely, maintain a clean and stocked station, and communicate effectively with the team.
Requirements
- Steady when the tickets stack up
- Never send out a plate you wouldn't eat yourself
- Line experience helps but isn't required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours a day)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, climb, and operate equipment
