About The Position

At Old Scratch Pizza, our Line Cooks play a critical role in delivering the quality and consistency our guests expect. At our Beavercreek location, you will work the pizza line, stretch dough, build pies and cook in our wood-fired ovens while maintaining high standards for food safety, organization, and teamwork. Whether you bring prior kitchen experience or are ready to learn, this role offers the opportunity to develop strong culinary skills in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize ingredients for daily service
• Set up, maintain, and break down the pizza line
• Stretch dough and build Neapolitan-style pizzas to company specifications
• Cook pizzas in wood-fired ovens according to standards
• Maintain food quality, portioning, and presentation standards
• Work efficiently during high-volume periods
• Keep your station clean, organized, and food-safe
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
