About The Position
Banff Hospitality Collective (BHC) is a multi-concept restaurant and entertainment company with 17 venues in downtown Banff, all serving amazing food and beverage with wicked atmospheres powered by cool people. We are seeking Line Cooks to join our team.
Requirements
- Excellent work ethic and communication skills
- Previous culinary experience
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule required
- Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met
- Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Assist with training new team members as required
Benefits
- Wages starting from $19.00–$24.50/hr + average tip-outs of $4–$7/hr (up to $30.50/hr in summer)
