Requirements

  • At least 1 year of BOH | Culinary experience in a high volume or premium environment.
  • A strong understanding of ingredients, recipes, and preparation methods.
  • You have consistent transportation and a team first attitude.
  • Honest, open communication with your peers, managers, and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Execute our menu with precision across Prep, Fry, Sauté, and Grill stations.
  • Uphold IGC’s high standards for freshness, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Follow all State and County food safety/Health Department standards.
  • Maintain open communication with the expeditor and the FOH team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Identify food quality issues before they reach the table and assist teammates to ensure a guest focused operation.
