About The Position
Line Cooks are members of Chili’s Heart of House team, responsible for helping set the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to company recipes, keep the kitchen clean and safe, communicate ticket times, and help ensure orders continue flowing from the kitchen. The role calls for someone who works well with teammates and can think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Chili’s offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule, growth opportunities, and a team-focused atmosphere. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
