Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas, salads, wings and pastas according to Steel City Pizza Company recipes and standards.
- Manage your station with focus and urgency during high-volume service.
- Keep your area clean, organized, and stocked.
- Follow food safety procedures, reduce waste, and communicate with the kitchen team to keep service flowing smoothly.
- Take ownership of setup, breakdown, and consistency from open to close.
