The Cook will uphold Civitas standards in personal grooming and kitchen hygiene, assist in organizing the kitchen, food storage, dish room, and other culinary areas, and foster collaboration. Ensuring a first-in, first-out food rotation system with proper dating and organization for optimum freshness is key. The position also involves assisting the Chef Manager/F&B Director to grow kitchen efficiency and offering staff training opportunities, while following all sanitation, food handling protocols, safety policies, and meeting regulatory requirements.
