About The Position
We are hiring for skilled line cooks to join our close knit team at Toulouse - Legacy West. The Line Cook ensures the highest quality food is served at all times from our “scratch” kitchen.
Requirements
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
- Great technique; strong knife skills and a range of cooking methods set your apart.
- Attention to detail; you know your weights, measurements and volumes.
- Cleanliness and organization; you know where everything is and everything has a place.
- Team player, it takes a team to keep our kitchens moving.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 50 lbs and continuously bend, reach and twist.
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of experience as a Line Cook preferred.
