About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team at Hop Valley Brewing. Our kitchen is the heart of the pub — serving up creative, high-quality dishes that pair perfectly with our craft beers. If you have a passion for great food, teamwork, and good vibes, we want to meet you. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high volume line cooking.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a line cook is required.
• Familiarity with food service operations, including knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
• Strong skills in meal preparation and food presentation, with an emphasis on quality and taste.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new culinary skills is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Help with food inventory management through FIFO.
• Monitor food quality during cooking and presentation to ensure consistency.
