Mamahuhu’s kitchen is built around our custom-made wok range. At 120,000 BTUs each, our wok burners are capable of transforming ingredients in seconds and creating complex, unique flavors. The speed of wok cooking requires everything to be ready before service begins — vegetables cut carefully, marinated meats sliced thinly, sauces prepared, and everything in its place. Our entire BOH team must work together closely to prepare for each service, ensuring everything comes together in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you are responsible for cooking and preparing menu items while following food safety protocols. We have 2 woks, a fry station, and a cold station. You must properly execute all menu items in a timely fashion, ensuring that each dish meets our high quality standards. Monitoring prepped ingredient levels and maintaining sufficient quantities at all times is an integral part of your role.
