About The Position
Our Line Cooks are responsible for the preparation, presentation and recipes of all menu items in their assigned station. Maggiano's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following 'The Maggiano's Way'. Brinker International, the company behind Maggiano's, pioneered casual dining, and Maggiano's Little Italy is described as a slice of Italian American tradition. The Kitchen team, which includes Line Cooks, runs scratch kitchens with professionalism and consistently delivers works of art to guests.
