Line Cooks at Ballston, Arlington VA are responsible for preparing recipes according to standard procedures, stocking and preparing stations for service, and communicating product needs to back-of-house (BOH) and managers-on-duty (MODs). They must maintain cleanliness and organization of their station, accommodate guest-specific requests and modifications, and ensure high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation. A key performance indicator is achieving a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less. The ideal candidate will have engaging communication skills, a genuine passion and knowledge of menu offerings, a willingness to assist and collaborate within a team, and a great focus on guest service.
