About The Position

Line Cooks are part of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to company recipes and procedures, keeping the kitchen clean and safe, and helping ensure food orders continue flowing from the kitchen. Candidates should be friendly and caring with teammates and able to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation role is preferred.

Requirements

• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
