OCEAN PRIME is seeking a LINE COOK to join their team! The role of the Line Cook is to prepare a variety of hot and cold food items such as salad mixes, sauces, side dishes, and appetizers. This includes portioning, washing, peeling, slicing, and mixing vegetables, fruits, pasta, and other ingredients for entrees, appetizers, salads, and garnishes. The cook will also carve and slice meats and cheese, and measure and mix ingredients to make salad dressings, sauces, salads, and hot and cold food items following recipes.
