About The Position

Line Cooks, part of Chili’s Heart of House team, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to company recipes and procedures, keep kitchen orders moving, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The role is based in Stafford, Virginia. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.

Responsibilities

• Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
