About The Position
Il Forno Pizzeria is seeking a full-time Line Cook with at least some Italian restaurant experience, particularly on the pizza station. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure environment within a small kitchen. The restaurant is recognized as number 23 in the top 50 pizzas in the United States. We are looking for enthusiastic, curious individuals eager to grow within our team, where employees often stay for many years.

Responsibilities
- Balling and stretching dough
- Assembling pizzas to order
- Working with a wood-fired oven (old-fashioned method)
- Deep cleaning tasks
- Prepping for the menu
- Maintaining a station
- Good communication
- Multitasking
