Oakmont is seeking a Line Cook who ensures that each dish is prepared with the highest quality and care. The role is responsible for the quality, food safety/sanitation, and timeliness of dishes served. The Line Cook must be well-acquainted with all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and sanitation/basic safety information. This position involves preparing a variety of food items using various kitchen equipment and maintaining a clean and sanitary work station and working area. Proper handling of all products in accordance with Health Department standards and Oakmont guidelines is essential.
