Line Cooks, part of Chili's Heart of House team, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role focuses on preparing food according to recipe procedures, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and keeping orders moving continuously. Team members contribute to a welcoming environment and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute all recipe procedures properly.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
