About The Position

Mex 1 Coastal Cantina is seeking motivated and dependable Line Cooks to join their West Ashley kitchen crew. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment and is dedicated to consistently producing high-quality food.

Requirements

  • Line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Team-first attitude and reliable work ethic
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute menu items according to Mex 1 recipes and standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Support prep and closing duties as assigned
