About The Position

Line Cooks, called Heart of House Team Members at Chili’s, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to company recipes, keep the kitchen clean and safe, and help ensure orders move continuously from the kitchen. The role calls for teamwork, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
